Working principle
This machine uses gasoline as fuel and consists of a low-pressure air supply pump and a gasification barrel. Add an appropriate amount of gasoline in advance. The "exhaust pipe: connect the welding torch, and then insert the 220 volt power indicator. When the power indicator is on, it means that the power is on. Press the corresponding switch and adjust the key according to your required working air volume. You can ignite the welding torch and adjust the" flame adjustment. Third, matters needing attention
1. It is strictly forbidden to add oxygen, hydrogen, acetylene, coal gas and biogas in the gasification barrel.
2. According to the needs of work, the amount of gasoline at one time must not be exceeded, and the refueling volume is at most 0.5 liters. However, if a sufficient amount of gasoline is newly added, do not stay for a long time, such as no movement or overnight.
3. When adding gasoline, be careful to pour into the refueling hole. Pour waste oil out of the refueling hole. Do not infiltrate the body to avoid damage to the ring parts.
4. When repeatedly adjusting the "flame adjustment" and the adjustment key do not produce a flame, an appropriate amount of gasoline should be added.
5. This machine cannot work for more than 6 hours. If it is working for a long time, two machines should be used alternately to avoid overload and damage to the ring parts.
6. When the newly added flame is not concentrated and the flame is red, you can adjust the "flame adjustment" appropriately to produce a flame that you are satisfied with.
7. When pumping waste oil, screw the oil pipe nut to the oil hole, and then turn on all the switches, the waste oil will automatically spray out.
