Q1: What is your terms of packing?
A1: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes. If you have legal registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2: Can you produce according to the samples?
A2: Yes, Goods can be produced by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds for clients.
Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A3: T/T 30% prepaid and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you paying the balance.Sometimes we accept LC too.
Q4: What is your MOQ?
A4: Different item is with different MOQ demands. For the common items, usually we have stocks and don't ask MOQ; For others, may ask MOQ due to they are not fast moving in the market. Anyway, please contact us for confirming details before orders.
Q5: When can I get the quotation?
A5: As usual, we will quote you in 24 hours after getting the inquiry. If you need the quotation urgently, please contact us by WA or WeChat online, we could regard your inquiry priority while getting the messages from you.
