A: We are manufacturer and located in Yiwu, Zhejiang province. We have been producing personal care products for over 10 years
and we have factories both in Ningbo and Yiwu. Welcome to visit us.

A: MOQ is one carton for each model.

3. Q: How can we get samples and how long does it take?
A: We will arrange samples after you make payment and return sample fee after you place orders later on. It will take around 7 days to arrive in your country by air.

4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We are open to TT, PayPal, Western Union, Visa, Master Card and e-Checking.

5. Q: What is lead time?
A: Normally in around 10 working days, but final time is due to actual situation.

6. Q: Can we have our own logo on both product and package?
A: Yes, we can do that with MOQ 500-1000 pcs for products and 3000 pcs for color box.

A: Yes, we have E-catalog but we do not provide pricelist for all products.

8. Q: How about your warranty and after-sale service?
A: Warranty is one year. We are responsible for any damaged products and if quality issue happens, we will exchange damaged one for you. However, you might need to return damaged one to us and pay the shipping cost.

9. Q: Do you have quality inspection in your factory?
A: Yes, we have professional team to check the quality of finished products, accessories and packaging. We will also wrap plastic woven bag around each carton to protect goods.

10. Q: Is it possible to get best price from your factory?
A: Sure, we can offer the most competitive price based on your quantity. The more you buy, the cheaper it will be.
