A:We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, or Western Union. For orders under $500, 100% advance payment is required.

A:Our default quotation is in USD, but we can also quote in EUR or CNY. Exchange rates will be locked based on the bank rate on the day of order confirmation.

9.Q:What is the lead time for bulk orders?
A:For standard products, the lead time is 7 days after deposit receipt. For customized orders (including logo/packaging), it takes 15-30 days. Urgent orders can be prioritized with a rush fee of 10%.

10.Q:How do you ship the goods?
A:We offer sea freight (20-35 days, cost-effective for bulk orders), air freight (7-15 days, suitable for urgent orders), and express (7-15days, door-to-door service). Shipping cost will be quoted based on your destination port/address.

A:Foreign trade wooden box packaging.

12.Q:What if the goods are damaged or defective?
A:If damage/defects are caused by our production errors, we will replace the goods for free or refund the corresponding amount after receiving evidence (photos/videos). For shipping damage, please file a claim with the carrier within 7 days of receipt.

A:Our prices are quoted EXW/FOB/CIF as per your request. Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility under FOB/CIF terms. For DDP service, we can include these costs in the quotation.
