What are my shipping & delivery options?

Our marketplace offers a variety of shipping options. In many cases, individual sellers manage inventory and handle shipping directly. Options available at checkout depend on the seller and the product.

Free Shipping

Some listings may qualify for free shipping. Sellers define whether an item is eligible for free shipping based on product type, destination country, quantities purchased, or promotional campaigns. XB2BX does not set free-shipping rules on behalf of sellers.

Below are common shipping tiers sellers may offer. Actual availability, pricing, and transit times are set by each seller and shown at checkout:

3. Delivery Timing & Estimates

All delivery dates and times are estimates given in good faith. For EU and UK consumers, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available date; deliveries will be made within 30 days of order acceptance unless otherwise agreed. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you choose a shipping option, the seller will follow up with any additional shipping details. If a shipment is delayed we will inform you and provide a revised delivery estimate.

4. International Shipping & Customs

XB2BX supports worldwide shipping where sellers choose to offer it. Be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not controlled by XB2BX or sellers.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Seller Terms

Sellers set their own delivery terms (including CIF – Cost, Insurance & Freight) and may apply different handling rules for fragile, hazardous, or oversize items. Before completing a purchase, review the seller's stated delivery terms and contact them directly if you need custom arrangements.

If a buyer prefers, XB2BX can assist as a middle party to coordinate delivery with the supplier; additional fees or documentation may apply.

6. What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed, we (or the seller) will notify you as soon as possible with a revised estimate. If a significant delay occurs, EU and UK consumers retain statutory rights — for example, a right to cancel if goods are not delivered within a reasonable time (usually 30 days where no other period is agreed).
