Product Description

 Y5-47 air-cooled high temperature resistant small boiler induced draft fan is specially developed according to the requirements of the boiler industry. This series of fans use aluminum alloy die-casting motor shell, the fan shell is phosphated and then sprayed or electrophoresed. The rotor and fan blades are double-sided and double-sided moving flat-street correction, high-temperature resistant high-quality bearings, detachable feet, flexible and changeable installation . It has the advantages of low noise, high efficiency, light weight, beautiful appearance, fast heat dissipation, high temperature resistance, low vibration and long life.

2.Y2 aluminum alloy die-casting material is used in the motor,which greatly reduces weight,achieves lightweight,convenient installation and novel shape.
3.The main components of the motor are high temperature resistant materials (high temperature bearings, high temperature grease, high temperature insulation materials, etc.).
4.The motor is cooled by connecting the heat insulating connecting seat (with internal cooling vanes) with the wind housing to ensure the normal operation of the motor at high temperature.
5.Widely used in heating furnace, hot air stove, numerical control boiler, steam boiler, drying. chemical industry, food, grain machinery and other related industries.
6.Normal operating temperature of fan: 180 °C-200°C.

A: After price confirmed, you can require for samples to check quality.
If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refundable.

Q: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM from customers.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Small quantity is around 5-7 working days after receiving the prepayment. Large quantity orders need to negotiate the delivery time.

Q: How are you going to ship my order?
A: Usually, for sample order we will ship by express like EMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, special-line logistic. For bulk order, we will ship by sea or air to your destination sea port or airport.
If you have own freight forwarder, we can deliver the goods to them as well.
