What do I need to do before electroplating？
1. First use a cloth wheel grinder to polish the product
2. Then use an ultrasonic cleaner to add wax removal water (heating) to remove wax
3. Continue to clean with ultrasonic cleaner and cleaning agent
4. Finally remove oil stains with electrolytic salt, ready to start gold plating
Note:
All electroplating liquid must be used with the electroplating machine,work with the titanium mesh and the coil.It can't use to pen plating .

How To Use?
1. Prepare tools before plating titanium mesh bending into beaker.
2. Electrolysis process:Black wire clip jewelry, red wire clip titanium mesh,Shaking water line during electrolysis.
3. After electrolysis, clean the water directly.
4. Electroplating process:
Adjust the voltage parameters,Adjust the voltage parameters,Shaking water line during electroplating.
5. After the electroplating is completed, the protective agent can be soaked later by natural air drying such as clear water.
Instruction:
Jewelry electroplating machine uses the chemical reaction between electroplating solution and titanium mesh to decompose ions, which strongly adheres to the metal surface and changes the color of the metal surface. Different Gold plating liquid have trace gold content.
Electroplating does not hurt the surface of the workpiece, does not affect the accuracy of the workpiece, and makes the product more beautiful through electroplating
It is suitable for metal electroplating such as Golden/Silver/copper/aluminum/etc. Clean sample surface before electroplating, and then use electrolytic oil removal powder to remove the surface oxide layer to make electroplating easier to color.

Rose Gold Electroplating Method:

How To Use Silver Oxidizer Solution ?
1. First use sandpaper to polish the silverware that needs to be blackened
(the role is to make the surface easier to be oxidized and blackened)
2. Soak in blackening agent (cover with glass during soaking to prevent volatilization)
or apply directly with cotton swab
[The liquid can be diluted at a ratio of 10:1, that is,
ten parts of blackening agent, one part of water, if you need to make the old color darker,
you don’t need to dilute】
3. It will turn black after about 5 minutes. Normally, it is not recommended to dilute.
The degree of gray and black depends on personal preference.
4. Use sandpaper or cloth wheel to polish the part that needs to be polished,
and then polish it with an agate polishing knife.
How to refurbish gold-plated old items?( Brand new products can eliminate steps 1 and 2)
1 Polishing: Use polishing tools to polish the old objects to a new mirror surface
2. Wax removal: Use wax removal water to remove the residual wax after surface polishing, 10ml of wax removal water: 100ml of water, put it in a beaker, heat it with a heating furnace and boil for a few minutes
3. Electrolytic degreasing: remove oil stains left after surface polishing, degreasing powder 5g: water 100ml, negative electrode clip titanium mesh, positive pole clip jewelry, temperature 60 ℃, time about 30 seconds
4. Primer: The copper layer material needs to be primed with nickel, the voltage is 7-10V, no need to bubble, the time is 2-5 minutes, and other materials generally do not need to be primed.
5. Activation: After activation, it is convenient for better gold plating, directly soak for 5-8 seconds.
6. Plating 24k gold: No need to adjust after the current is turned on to the maximum, the temperature is about 60 ℃, the voltage is 3-5V, and the voltage of other electroplating water is turned on until the product is put in and bubbling.
