Gas Filling:
1. Fill with gas, and make sure the switch is turned off at OFF, then supplement.
2. Guide the gas tank into the air hole, and press down to inflate.
3. After about 10 seconds, gas filling can be completed. Wait a few minutes until the gas is stable before use.
4. If there is a hissing air out sound at the tail after the gas is injected, it can be eliminated by slightly pressing the pen tip into the air inlet.
Ignition:
1. Replace the soldering head
2. Push the switch to the ON position and hear a "hissing" sound
3. Push the electronic switch to ignite.
4. Burn for 3 minutes after ignition, and the soldering iron will continue to heat when the fire is extinguished.
5. Adjust the flame size;
6. The temperature of this product is as high as 1300 β (the temperature of the soldering iron is 450 β). Pay attention to safety when using it. After using it, turn the switch to the OFF position.
7. When using the gas soldering iron, please pay special attention to wait until the flame is completely eliminated and the objects inside the soldering iron become red, so as to extend the life of the soldering iron head.
Precautions:
1. Replace the connector after cooling or replace it in advance.
2. The iron head in use is hot and hot. Please do not touch it with your hands.
3. The adjusting button can control the gas output and temperature, usually in the middle position.
4. After use, store it after cooling, and do not place it in high temperature or direct sunlight.
5. It is not suitable for children to use, and should be placed properly when collecting.
6. Please use high-quality canned gas to fill, and keep away from the fire source when filling.
7. It is necessary to clean the nozzle frequently because of the gas or slag.
8. When cleaning, the nozzle can be pressed on the gas outlet of the gas tank to achieve cleaning effect.
