1. Please ensure that the installation environment has a grounding wire, and the live/neutral/ground wires should be connected to the power grid accordingly. If an extension wire is used, it should be ensured that it can handle the current required for full load operation and ensure voltage stability. Use a stable 220V voltage.
2. Before use, please refer to the instruction manual to familiarize yourself with the correct operation of the product and avoid dangerous operations (note: wire rope carbon brushes are consumables)
3. The machine can be vertically lifted, horizontally pulled, diagonally pulled, and hung upside down. When in use, the upper hook, body, and lower hook are in a horizontal straight line to ensure the stability of the supporting structure and avoid safety accidents.
4. The limit switch is a machine safety device that can only prevent and cannot be relied upon for use. It is not recommended to frequently rely on the limit switch for braking, as it may affect the service life of the machine.
5. The service life of steel wire rope is closely related to its usage. The steel wire rope must be retracted and evenly wound onto the drum under load or tension, otherwise it will be damaged due to improper winding.
6. Carbon brushes are consumables, so they should be replaced promptly after use to avoid damage to the machine motor. Frequent braking during use can lead to faster consumption of carbon brushes.
7. The working mode of the product is S3-30%. Please do not use it continuously for a long time, as continuous use will increase safety factors during operation. If high-frequency operation is required, please consult customer service to recommend a machine that is more suitable for you.
