Instructions for Use
Plug in the power to power the machine.
2. Press the power button at the back and the fan will start automatically.
3. Assemble the bean silo as shown in the video.
4. Put in the green coffee beans, turn on the FAN knob to blow up the beans, and adjust the wind force as needed.
5. Turn on the HEAT knob to adjust the firepower. When turning the firepower knob, a number table called TEMP GEAR on the lower left side will change along with the number. The larger the number, the greater the firepower. It is convenient to record the firepower for each baking and you can directly adjust to the corresponding firepower value.
6. After the baking is completed, turn off the heating knob, keep the air blowing, and wait for the temperature TEMP to show below 50 degrees before turning off the fan.
7. Take off the silver leather box with the handle, lift it along with the body, pour out the beans and complete the baking.
Note:
Don't tighten the silver leather box too much each time. It's convenient to take it off back and forth. The same goes for the glass bean silos.

③ The required heat and wind force at each stage of coffee roasting are different, and they should be adjusted and controlled separately.
For instance, when dehydrating, use medium-low heat. After the dehydration is completed, increase the heat to steep. During the first stir-fry, smoke will be produced, so the air should be slightly increased to prevent the taste from developing a smoky flavor. This can also slow down the heating rate, prolong the development of the first stir-fry, and enhance the aroma of the coffee.
