Instructions for torque wrenches：
1. This wrench is a very precise instrument. It is only used to tighten screws, bolts and nuts to the desired torque. Do not use it for pry nuts, crowbars or as a substitute for rachet wrenches.
2. Do not exceed the maximum torque value of the torque wrench when using.
3. Can only apply force on the handle, do not attach any non-manufacturer’s original connecting rod on the product; Any incorrect use will cause errors and may even damage the wrench.
4. The torque value of the torque wrench must be adjusted to the same as the required torque value. If you adjust the torque value too much or too little you can seriously damage the instrument you are using.
5. Do not disassemble and install the wrench casually. Improper disassembly and assembly may cause damage to the internal structure and cause serious damage to the instrument.
6. It must be regularly checked and paired. At least once a year. Abnormal use, or use after 5000 times is also necessary to repair.
Operation methods for torque wrenches
1. Pull the locking ring down and turn the handle (clockwise rotation will increase the torque, counterclockwise rotation will reduce the torque) to the desired torque value. Loose the locking ring and the locking will be automatically locked.
2. Torsion setting (62 N.m for example)
Step 1: First turn the handle Align 0 to the 60N.m scale.
Step 2: Turn the handle again so that the scale is aligned 2.
3. Hold the handle with one hand and press the head of the ratchet handle with the other hand to fix the wrench.
4. Apply force evenly on the handle, hear the sound of "CLICK", please stop applying force, this means that the set torque value has been reached.
Accuracy check
Torque wrench has been adjusted before leaving the factory, the product calibration accuracy can reach ±3%, and each wrench with precision inspection report, a year or 5000 times guaranteed.
Torque wrench maintenance
1. Afer use, please adjust the torque value of the torque wrench to the minimum value.
2. If you need to clean the torsion wrench, you can use a clean cloth dipped in a small amount of alcohol to wipe.
3. The appropriate celibration period of the torque wrench is determined by the frequency of use
