This 4000L kombucha production line is engineered for commercial kombucha factories, enabling efficient brewing, fermentation, storage, filtration, and bottling.

Built with stainless steel 304/316, it ensures hygiene and durability. Featuring a 2 - stage fermentation process, precise cooling via 35% glycol liquid (-5℃), and automated CIP cleaning, it streamlines production while maintaining product quality.

Optional add - ons like side manways and pressure valves let you customize to your needs.

Fermentation Stages: 2 - stage fermentation design (open - top 1st stage for SCOBY growth, pressured 2nd stage for flavor development), with tanks featuring conical bottoms and varied top types (open flat top, dished top) for optimal workflow.

 

Cooling Precision: 35% glycol liquid cooling system maintaining - 5℃, paired with 80mm environmental rock wool insulation, to stabilize fermentation temperatures.

 

Cleaning Efficiency: 360° rotary CIP spraying ball with four - way connection for thorough, automated tank cleaning, reducing manual labor and contamination risks.

Packaging & Shipping

Before delivery, all of tanks and accessories included in beer brewery equipment will be packed with PE films and frame.
