Tips:

1. This product is working with APP Tuya Smart and Smart Life APP, But Not working with Alexa or Google.

2. SD card is optional, if you need SD card, please select the option with SD card.

3.  Please remember to fully charge the doorbell when receive it, with 5V1-2A charger for at least 8-10 hours the first time before installing it.

4.  This model support dual band Wi-Fi (both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz), please select "dual band" in the APP when configuring and connecting to your home wifi.

5.  Please put the doorbell within the Wi-Fi signal range when configuring and installing to have prompt APP notification.


This video doorbell can be paired with both iOS and Android system mobile phone.

Click the notification or accept the call, you can view live video and have real-time conversation with visitors. When speaking, it can change your voice to protect your privacy.



This doorbell camera wireless has a thermoelectric infrared sensor for motion detection.

The sensitivity of the infrared sensor can be adjusted in three gears: high, medium, and low.

By adjusting the sensitivity, the wake-up condition of the doorbell can be changed to reduce false triggering.

There is no forced monthly fees, the cloud storage is optional.

You can store the video on cloud or TF card according to your needs.

We provided 64GB TF card for option.
