This product is a customized product. Please contact customer service to confirm the final engine model, select the configuration that meets the environmental protection standards of the destination country, and determine the color, appearance, and size of the product. Orders that have not been confirmed by customer service will not be shipped by default.

1, If you choose "Shipping by sea", we will help you to arrange the shipment by sea and deliver to your
nearest seaport!
- If shipping by sea, our offer is based on the CFR trade terms! That means, after arriving destination seaport, the buyer
need to pay the destination port charges (such as terminal handling charges,documents charges, storage charges, ect),
tax to do the customs clearance and pick up the goods by yourself.
2, If you choose "Shipping by airplane", we will help you to arrange the shipment by airplane and deliver to your nearest airport!
- If shipment by airplane, after arriving the airport , the buyer need to pay tax to do the customs clearance and pick up the goods by yourself.
3, If you choose "Shipping by express", we will help you to arrange the shipment by international express
(suchas DHL / TNT / FEDEX /ARAMEX, ECT) and directly deliver to your address (DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE)!
If shipment by express, after arriving ,the buyer only need to pay tax and assist shipping company to do the customs clearance is ok.
4, If you choose "Shipping by train", we will help you to arrange the shipment by Train + Truck and directly delivery to your address (DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE)!
- If shipment by Train + Truck , after arriving, you needn't to pay any more! our offer already included the tax and customs fees!
- This method mainly suitable for the clients come from Russia, Kazakhstan, Kashmir, Mongolia, uzbekistan,and other inland countries.
5, The EXW price means not include the shipping cost.If you want we arrange the shipping for you ,please leave your nearest port name
to us,then we will check it for you。
If you choose"Not included freight", we will help you arrange the production,meanwhile, we will contact with you and recommend you the most suitable shipment method according to your situation!
6, About the machine size, please kindly noted there might be some size deviation due to the manual measurement, please be careful
if you worry about this.
7, Because we are a mechanical product, different countries has different voltages and plugs, so we do not support 14 days return,
please read carefully before placing orders, otherwise we will not bear the responsibility.
8, The shipping documents we can supply is the Bill of lading / airway bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing list and Certification of origin, if you need any other documents, please contact our salesman.
9.Buyers should inspect package / goods carefully before signing receipt of goods.
If there is any damages, please contact your local TNT / DHL / Fedex to ask the complaints and claims OR please contact with us within
24 hours.
10. Our machines are customized and will not be refunded once the machine has started production.
11. The "deposit " means just a part money as depot to start the production ,not the whole money.
