(1)In the case of non-artificial damage, within the 1st month of using, we are responsible for the cost and shipping of the parts,promise to repair it, and extend the warranty period.
(2)From the 2rd month to 1 year, we are responsible for the cost of parts of the equipment, and the customer only needs to pay the freight of the parts.
(3)Man-made damage and after 1 year, customers need to pay for parts and shipping.
(4)We update and assist in the maintenance of the equipment for free for life.
(5)The heating stove is only guaranteed for half a year.
