Tip 2: Our dresses are not stock, so need time to finish, please noted the order message i sent confirmation of size, color, time and other details of your dress. If can't receive your reply, we will make them using any deatails of the order you chose and using our processing time (at least 7 working days), please pay fabric fee if you wanna cancel your order after we start to make.

A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation . so it's important to order carefully.
Q: I am worried about sizing and the exact size and fit of the dress. How can I make sure I order the correct size and fit?
A: Please carefully confirm the size before order, also you can receive an email from us after you paid, please answer it soon.
Q: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?
A: Yes, you can, but, you can't return it back to us if don't like, cuz we can't resell unique dresses to others, please noted.
Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?
A: There might be a slight difference between the actual dressrsquos color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitorrsquos display settings.
Q:Why shoulder i pay high posgate when received the item from courier?
A:So many countries have customs charge, which is yours country government's policy, please noted it is not postage.
