2. Move the enameled wire in the opposite direction to the axial direction until the end of the enameled wire, then the film can be scraped off.
3. Release the power button switch (handheld) or loosen the governor (fixed).
4. To replace the work, repeat the above steps.

1. When the specifications of the enameled wires are different, the adjustable speed potentiometer (handheld) or the adjustable speed governor (fixed) can be adjusted. The wire diameter in the slow direction is small, and the wire diameter in the fast direction is adjusted.
If the film does not peel, increase the spin speed until it is scraped off. If the enameled wire is cut by the scraper during speed regulation, the speed should be reduced until it meets the requirements. According to the above method, selecting the most suitable rotational speed as the working speed of the corresponding wire diameter can be considered as adjusted.
2. When scraping the paint to the end of the enameled wire, do not disengage the three blades immediately. The intersection of the cutting edge should wait for the tool to stop rotating before disengaging, so as to avoid the enameled wire suddenly breaking the cutting edge and damaging the cutting edge when rotating.
