Tips and Troubleshooting
1.The two headsets can’t pair well:
Clear the pairing history and reboot to enter the pairing state, then try again.
 
2.When listening to music, mute one headset or mute the other. Plug the
headphones and microphone back in to make sure the headphones are in good contact.
3.One headset is silent:
Maybe the microphone jack is in bad contact, unplug it and plug it in again.
4.Crash Status:
Plug in the charging cable to charge the console and restart the earbuds.

 
5.Music Sharing Failure:
The pairing information of the host may not be cleared, and you need to clear the pairing information again.
6.During the intercom, the sound quality deteriorates, which may be caused by the interference of the Bluetooth signal. Please disconnect the intercom and try again.
7.If the music is stuck or won't play, there may be other apps that are taking up the audio channel in the background of your phone. Please check if other apps are running in the background on your phone and close them.
8.Charging failure after power off:
The charger or charging cable does not meet the standard.
9.Bluetooth receiver is dead:
The console must be charged for at least 2.5 hours before first use.
