Return Policy
1.For all custom-made dresses that means not follow the Standard Size Chart, color or style changed from the photo, are non-refundable and non-returnable. For the dresses in Standard Size, if any qualiy problem occurred(not the size problem), please inform us maximum 7 days after you receive the dress ( based on the tracking record of the delivery company).
2.Any problem with the measurements, customers could send it back to do some changes, but will be charged shipping fee. We accept returns on dresses in perfect, brand new condition(no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).Shipping back will be on charge of the buyer. Please do make sure the measurements are correct.
