1: What battery cell you are using?
We are using Gotion or BYD brand new prismatic cell. If necessary, please contact us for battery cell specifications.
2: How many cycles can achieve for your battery cells?
BYD and GOTION brand new cells can achieve 6000 cycles @ 25℃, 0.5C conditions. Also please know usually 1C condition is only about 3500 cycles.

Our BMS has built protocol communication with most of inverter brands in market. You can please find the brnad information above picture.

High Voltage Battery
1:Which hybrid inverter your high voltage battery BMS has been communicated?
Our high voltage battery BMS has built protocol communication with Deye , afor. Growatt, Sofarsolar, Goodwe, INVT, Megarevo etc brand three phase hybrid inverters, You can please find the brnad information above picture or please contact us for new list.
2: Why we use high voltage battery?
High voltage battery always works with three phase hybrid inverters, which need a higher battery output. So we need high voltage battery solution to achieve a bigger kW power.
3: How much total voltage I need?
This depends on inverter battery side specifications. For three hybrid inverter, it is always around 150V to 600V. We just need to consider this HV battery system volatge is in this range.

Warranty
1:What's your warranty years?
The warranty period is ten years if the conditions are met.The product shall be free from material or workmanship defects for a period of ten years from the start date of the warranty.The product will be subject to usage restrictions based on the ambient temperature listed in the table below, and will operate in a normal manner according to the guidelines/specifications/warning labels provided by our company. After different years, there will still be 80% remaining usable power.
2:If battery has issues, how you proceed for warranty?
Our engineer will remotely check the issues by software, this need local installer assistance. If it is software issue, the
battery can be repaired by firmware update. If it is battery hardware issue, We provide replacement parts for customers to replace.

1:Can you offer OEM or ODM?
Yes, we are LFP battery specialized solution provider mianly in energy storage field. You can please inform us your applications, inverter brand and model name. We will select or customize LFP battery system for you.

1: How long can I ship the goods after I make the payment?
If it is not a customized version, we usually prepare some stock. We have 3 warehouses in Europe for hot selling items that can be picked up on the same day.
If it is an OEM, we need to ship from China and can ship it of 7-15 days; If it is ODM, it also needs to be designed and
customized from China, and then shipped, with a design cycle of 15-30 days.

1.What should I do if the product I received is damaged?
If the product is damaged upon receipt, we will provide you with a new item as soon as possible, without delaying your use or sale.
2.What assistance can I provide if I encounter difficulties during installation?
Our sales team provides detailed installation videos and instructions, as well as remote installation guidance throughout the entire process.
