Preparation before use

Instructions for use
Power on/off operation: Long press the power button on the product body for 3 seconds, and the indicator light will turn on to indicate power on; After use, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds again, and the indicator light will turn off to indicate shutdown.
Vibration frequency adjustment: After turning on the device, short press the frequency switch button on the body to switch between different vibration frequencies (gradually adjust to the comfortable gear according to personal feelings), switch one gear every short press, and cycle through the switch.
