DESCRIPTION

  • The magnetic USB connector is used for the internal and external of watertight enclosure USB connection without opening, with a threaded M10×1. Tighten the hexagonal lock cap can reach a water depth of 1000 meters. When in the air, unscrew the lock cap, use the special magnetic USB data cable to absorb the copper ring at the top of the screw at any angle, and then connect to the computer and other equipment. instructions:

1. During assembly: the bulkhead shall have a 10mm hole or thread for installation, the bulkhead surface shall be smooth, and the sealing ring shall be good. It is recommended to use threadlocker to prevent the nut from turning.


2. When entering the water: apply lubricating grease at the sealing ring to check that the inner wall of the hexagon lock cap is free of scratches, and then screw the hexagon lock cap until it covers the sealing ring. It is not necessary to tighten it to the end. The copper ring near the magnet shall not contact with water, and the hexagonal lock cap shall not be waterproof when not installed.


3. Air tightness test: as above, it is recommended to conduct air tightness test after screwing on hexagon lock cap.


4. This connector is a standard 4-core USB cable sequence and color. It can be checked with a multimeter before use and can also be used as a 4-core signal connector. When connecting computers and other equipment, connect the magnetic suction head first, and then plug in the computer. When the computer is plugged in, a blue light will light up.
