Q&A:
1. Wire diameter error
Use a caliper to measure consumables at a certain distance and calculate the average diameter of the consumables. Fill in the corresponding location of the slicing software.
2. Inconsistent color of consumables
The printing temperature is inconsistent, and the same consumables may present slightly different colors at different printing temperatures. The printing temperature should not be too high
3. Consumable tying==caused by production issues or customer usage habits
You need to first find the knot and then withdraw the consumables from the knot.
Remember to pass the thread through the hole in the wire reel after using it simultaneously.
(1) Pictures of winding and knotting, and whether there are small cards worn on consumables
(2) Wire coil label
(3) Did you tie the knot during the newly opened package printing process or did you print it before and take it out again to print the knot
4. Bubbles appear in consumables
If the temperature is too high or the consumables are damp, lowering the printing temperature and drying the consumables can improve the quality
5. Rainbow color changes less
Rainbow changes color once at 18m, and smallmodels may have less color change. You can increase the size of the printed model
6. Consumables are prone to breakage
If the temperature is too low, the printing speed is too fast, or the wire diameter is too large or there is a problem with incoming materials, increasing the temperature and reducing the printing speed can solve the problem
