1.1 Defective units MUST BE reported by photos,videos and/or others which can approve the problems and returned within warranty.
1.2 You need to submit tracking number and issue the PO number after arranged returns with original packages.
1.3 Â After the warranty expired,Juson Audio teams are super willing to offer technical supports online to help you to repair the product.
2. You have 7 days to contact us and 15 days to return it from the date it was received, lf this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOUR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.After 15days,Juson Audio will provide 12months warranty.
