Q1: Can you print my logo on the products? 
A: Yes! You just need offer the logo by CDR, AI file to us.
 

Q2: Can you make my own design? 

A: Yes, you just need send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements.

 
Q3: What are the differences between sewn inflatable items and sealed items? 
A: Inflatable sewn items need constant blowing. The Sealed items is processed by heat welding 
technology and only need one time blow up. Usually sewn items are lower costs than Sealed items. 
 
Q4: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates?

A: We are a inflatable manufacturer established in 2010. We have CE, EN14960, SGS, and other certificates.


Q5: Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it gets damaged?
A: The warranty is 3 years, all our products are strictly tested from the material incoming to shipment and the quality are reliable. However, for oversea orders, as it's not convenient to return the damaged products, we provide free repairing kits for customers' repairing purpose. Normally, the repairing work is very easy.

 

Q6: How do you start the order? 

A: We will start your order after receiving the downpayment which is 30% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the finished pictures. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment. 

 

Q7: : What's the lead time? 

A: The lead time depends on the quantity and the time that you place the order. Usually, for 1-3 items, they can be finished within 5-15 days.
