Introduction to regional functions
1. Click to start/pause the timer. Press and hold for 2 seconds to clear the timer. Maximum timing range: 9 minutes and 59 seconds. Double - click to switch modes.

Press and hold 1 and 8 simultaneously to modify the standby time/switch the weighing unit.

Smart hand-brewing mode

Usage method
1. Double-click the T key to switch to the hand-brewing mode. The icon lights up.
The left side displays the time (maximum timing 9:59).
The right side displays the weight in grams (maximum weighing 2000g).
2. Single-click the power button to reset the program. Pour in the ground coffee powder.
Single-click the T key to reset and automatically record the powder weight. The screen (the icon flashes).

Note: After recording the powder weight, moving the filter cup or carafe before pouring water will automatically reset the weight while keeping the recorded powder weight.

3. No operation is required before pouring water. After pouring water, it will automatically start recording: time, water injection volume (solid-liquid detection function, the time of interrupted flow is still recorded normally). The icon will not flash when pouring water. The icon will flash to prompt when the flow is interrupted or water pouring stops.
4. After the extraction is finished, remove the filter cup or carafe. The time recording stops. The screen alternately displays: extraction time/water injection volume; coffee-to-water ratio/powder weight (the data will be displayed until the time or weight is manually reset).

Intelligent Italian Mode

Usage Method
1. Double - click the T key to switch to the Italian mode (the icon lights up).
2. Place a cup on it, and it will automatically reset to zero (the solid - liquid detection function is activated).
3. When liquid is detected, it will automatically start timing (intermittent dripping within the first 15 seconds does not affect the time recording).
A. If the liquid stops being detected within the first 15 seconds after starting to time, the time will not stop at the current moment. It will automatically stop when the recorded time reaches 15 seconds.
B. If the liquid stops being detected more than 15 seconds after starting to time, the time recording will automatically stop.
After the weight is detected to be removed, the current time and weight in grams will be automatically saved (the data will be displayed until the time and weight in grams are manually cleared or the cup is placed back and the weight is detected again, at which point it will automatically clear).

Kind Reminder
