1. If you want to remotely control and view this camera, you must connect the camera to your home wifi network to make it on the Internet. Just 2 simple steps. First, you need to connect the camera wifi to your phone. Second, enter the application settings and WiFi combination, select your home wifi and enter the password. If all the information is correct, the camera will be back online within 2 minutes. If you enter the wrong password, the camera will remain offline until you reset it and connect it again.
2. We recommend charging while recording. Trust me, this small step can avoid 90% of the problems. If it is offline, just reset the machine and then set it up again.
