Q: Is this AP waterproof?
A: The casing is weatherâresistant ABS (similar to IP54/IP55 grade), designed for outdoor use. However, avoid direct submersion. For heavy rain areas, install under an eave for extra protection.
Q: Can I use this as a pointâtoâpoint bridge?
A: It works as an access point (AP mode) or client mode? The spec shows WAN+LAN, you can configure as AP, client, or WISP via firmware. Message us for configuration guidance.
Q: What is the maximum coverage range?
A: Open field with lineâofâsight: 200â300 meters. Real range depends on obstacles, interference, and client devices.
Q: Does it support PoE switch?
A: Yes â any 802.3af/at PoE switch (up to 100m cable length). The included adapter is for nonâPoE networks.
Q: Can I use the 5GHz band only?
A: Yes â you can disable 2.4GHz or run dualâband simultaneously. Both bands are configurable via web interface.
Q: How many users can connect?
