Return and refund instructions
6.The product comes with a 12-month warranty.Please feel free to buy.Upon receipt of the package, the defective item must be returned to the seller for a refund or replacement(if possible, in its original packaging) within the warranty period.You must state the details in the packaging and we do not repair or replace items beyond the warranty period.
7.If the product is defective within one month,we will bear the one-way shipping cost and replace it after receiving it.Or provide a refund (excluding shipping costs) after we receive a defective product.
8.Any damage caused by human error upon receipt of the goods will not be refunded.
9.You have 7 days to contact us and return it within 30 days from the date of receipt.If the item has been in your possession for more than 7 days,it will be considered used and we will not refund you.
