Features
The electric drill is one of the indispensable special equipment in the clothing industry. It is suitable for drilling and marking of cotton, linen, wool, silk, knitting and other materials in batch production. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, flexible operation, safe use, good drilling quality, and high work efficiency.
Instructions:
1. After the wire plug is connected to the power supply, turn on the switch, and the motor can start to work after running.
2. After the heating switch is turned on, the indicator light will light up naturally. When the temperature reaches about 100 degrees Celsius, the temperature limiter will automatically fall off, the indicator light will go out, and the needle tip has reached a certain temperature. When the temperature is lower than 50 degrees Celsius, the temperature limiter will automatically close and the indicator light will be on. The position of the temperature limit knob should be determined by yourself according to different fabrics
3. The operation fixes the limit block according to the thickness of the processed fabric. Put the drilling machine on the fabric steadily (with a level on the machine), and do not tilt it. Close the switch, then hold the handle with both hands and press down to complete the drilling work.
Maintenance:
After using the machine, remove the rubbish in the drill bit. The handle connection point should be lubricated regularly. When refueling, the handle should be lowered and moved several times
