Instructions for using a portable combustion chamber carbon cleaning machine
Foam injection process --
1. Unscrew the filling cap on the top of the equipment, add the special combustion chamber foam detergent, and tighten the cap
2. Remove the spark plugs from each airbag
3. Connect the compressed air and switch the valve fingers to foam. Adjust the pressure to around 4KG.
4. Insert the discharge pipe into the combustion chamber from the spark plug port, and spray the foam into each cylinder separately
5. Soak the foam liquid in the cylinder for 5-10 minutes (if the single soaking time is about 20 minutes, change the oil)
2γ Waste liquid recycling process
1. Insert the pipette from the spark nozzle into the bottom of the combustion chamber
2. The switching valve is directed towards recycling, returning all carbon deposits, impurities, and old cleaning solution from the combustion chamber to the waste liquid bottle.
3. Insert an air gun into the spark plug to dry the combustion chamber (this step must not be omitted)
3γ Final workflow
1. Open the drain ball valve to drain the waste liquid.
2. Ignite the car 3-5 times to discharge the rare cleaning solution from the combustion chamber
3. Carefully reinstall all spark plugs and ignition wires, start the engine for 2 minutes.
β Tip: For a 4-cylinder car, one bottle of cleaning solution can undergo two soaking and cleaning processes
