Q1:What should Ido if fingerprints of the elderly or children are inaccurately recognized?
When adding fingerprints, try to enter them from different angles to enhance recognition accuracy, or add otherfingerprints as backups.

No, most of Tuya smart locks cannot connect to Alexa or Google Assistant, except for a few specific Tuya models.
It is powered by 4 alkaline batteries. Please use high-quality alkaline batteries (do not use rechargeable AAA batteries) . With the new batteries, it supports 1,500 to 2,000 unlocks and typically lasts about 4 to 6 months, so frequent replacement is unnecessary. If the battery level is low, the lock will issue a low battery warning, then please replace the batteries promptly.
