Q1:What should Ido if fingerprints of the elderly or children are inaccurately recognized?

When adding fingerprints, try to enter them from different angles to enhance recognition accuracy, or add otherfingerprints as backups.

We also provide backup unlocking methods such as IC cards and passwords. With triple protection, there's no need to worry about being unable to open the door.

Q3: Can it connect to Wi-Fi?

It is a Bluetooth version. To connect to WiFi, an additional gateway is required. Please contact customer service for the gateway link to make a purchase.

Q4: Can it unlock remotely?

Yes, remote unlocking is possible. You can generate a temporary password in the APP to realize remote unlocking—no network is required.

Q5: Can it connect to Alexa or Google Assistant?

Yes, it requires a G2 gateway (buy extra)to connect to Alexa and Google.

Q6: How long does the battery last? Do I need to replace it frequently?

It is powered by 4 *AAA alkaline batteries. Please use high-quality alkaline batteries (do not use rechargeable AA batteries) . With the new batteries, it supports 1,500 to 2,000 unlocks and typically lasts about 4 to 6 months, so frequent replacement is unnecessary. If the battery level is low, the lock will issue a low battery warning, then please replace the batteries promptly.


Q7: How can I open the door if the smart lock runs out of power?

Method 1: Use the backup mechanical key to unlock the door.

Method 2: There is a Type-C port on the front panel of the smart lock.You can use a power bank to supply emergency power for unlocking.


Q8: Is it waterproof? Can it be used outdoors or exposed to sunlight?

Yes, it is a IP65 waterproof and dustproof lock, which is designed for outdoor use.

; It is made of high-temperature-resistant materials to resistant prolonged sunlight and rain.

Q9: What temperature range does it workin?

It works normally in temperatures ranging from -10°C to 70°C.

Q10: What is the suitable door thickness?

It suitable for doors with a thickness of 28 – 60mm.  

If your door thickness exceeds this range, please contact customer service or note your door thickness when ordering. We will provide the appropriate screw kit that helps you.
