Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included.
The returned items must arrive within 14 days of the delivery date. Late returns may be refused.
Certain products cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or damaged:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
If you used a discount or gift card, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the net payment you actually made.
For international customers, customs, duties, and brokerage fees are your responsibility and are not included in the refund.
Note on Processing: Funds may take an additional 2–5 working days to reappear in your account after we process the refund.
We offer a one-time exchange or store credit for sizing issues or minor preferences (e.g., colour), subject to current stock availability. Exchanges follow the same standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, within 14 days).

We cover all shipping fees for replacements or returns due to our error.

Returned items should be securely packaged using tracked shipping (strongly recommended to prevent loss or damage).
We are not liable for returns lost in transit. Please keep your proof of postage or tracking number.
No cancellation fee applies if the order is cancelled within the 24-hour window before shipping.
If cancelled after shipping, standard return shipping charges apply (paid by you).
In the event of a partial refund (e.g., deductions for custom packaging or missing parts), we will detail any deductions in your refund confirmation email.
