Your Rights to Cancellations, Returns, Refunds & Replacements

1. Right to Cancel

Customers may cancel orders up to 24 hours after placement, provided the order has not yet shipped.

  • Cancellation Window: Up to 24 hours after placing your order.

  • To Cancel: Contact our support at support@xb2bx.com immediately with your order number.

  • Post-Shipment: Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. The order must be processed as a standard return.

2. Product Returns (14 Days)

You may return most products within 14 days of delivery, provided the following core conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included.

  • The returned items must arrive within 14 days of the delivery date. Late returns may be refused.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or damaged:

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale).
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

3. Refund Process & Timing

Processing Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process the refund within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Refund Notes

  • Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • If you used a discount or gift card, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the net payment you actually made.

  • For international customers, customs, duties, and brokerage fees are your responsibility and are not included in the refund.

  • Note on Processing: Funds may take an additional 2–5 working days to reappear in your account after we process the refund.

4. Exchanges & Replacements

Standard Exchange

We offer a one-time exchange or store credit for sizing issues or minor preferences (e.g., colour), subject to current stock availability. Exchanges follow the same standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, within 14 days).

Defective or Damaged Items

If items arrive faulty or damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details (support@xb2bx.com).

  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at your discretion.

  • We cover all shipping fees for replacements or returns due to our error.

5. Shipping the Return

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (as detailed above).

  • Returned items should be securely packaged using tracked shipping (strongly recommended to prevent loss or damage).

  • We are not liable for returns lost in transit. Please keep your proof of postage or tracking number.

6. Cancellation or Return Fees

  • No cancellation fee applies if the order is cancelled within the 24-hour window before shipping.

  • If cancelled after shipping, standard return shipping charges apply (paid by you).

  • In the event of a partial refund (e.g., deductions for custom packaging or missing parts), we will detail any deductions in your refund confirmation email.

7. Resolving Disputes

For any issues or concerns, please follow this process:

  • First Step: Contact our Customer Support immediately to attempt an initial resolution.
