1. Due to the copyright issue, this projector doesn't support Dolby audio. When you play a video with Dolby audio or MKV format, it might unable to play the sound, please change it to other format videos.
2.This is an entry-level projector, only recommend for personal entertainment, the physical resolution is not enough for business PPT or text present. The physical resolution is 320*240, if you don't know what will be the real effect, you can contact us before you purchase. We will show you.
3. When you meet a quality problem, please contact our customer service before you open a dispute or leave negative feedback, our engineer and customer service will try their best to solve your problem, if they can't fix it. We will resend a new one to solve the problem.
4. This projector has the Miracast version, and supports wireless casting on your smartphone, when you purchase, please choose the option with "Miracast" if you need it. The basic version doesn't support, this function, please take care of the option when you purchase. The wifi function of the Miracast version is only for wireless casting. Not for the Internet.
5. It does not have a Built-in battery.

Q: What can I use it for?
A: As an entry-level product, the native resolution is 320*240 pixels, YG300 is a good choice for your kids or for your home entertainment, But it's not recommended for PPT, Word, Excel or other business presentations.
Q: Why I can’t hear the sound?
A: Due to copyright issues, like other movie projectors on the market, this projector not support Dolby audio. If the sound can not be heard when playing videos like Netflix, turn off Dolby sound on your connected devices or apps. (Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turn Dolby Digital OFF).
Q: Can it be connected with my smartphone?
A: This mini projector can be connected with your smartphone. But you will need an HDMI-Lightning cable for iPhone or a Wi-Fi display dongle for Android phones to reach sync display function. (Both of the accessories were not included in the package.)
Q: How to reach the best performance?
A: The brightness of YG300 Pro is 1000 lumens. So please use it in a dark or dim environment to reach the best performance of the picture. You can adjust the focus through the flap beside the lens to make the pictures clear.
Q: Does it have a built-in battery?
A: No, YG300 doesn't have a built-in battery, and batteries are not included in the remote control, either.
