1.Please note: As this is a customized item, it is non-returnable without reason. Its return policy differs from regular products. For more information, please contact the seller before purchasing.
2.For custom plus sizes(non-standard size), we'll need to add a extra fee to cover the extra fabric.
Return Process
â‘ Within 7 days of receiving the dress, please contact our customer service team via AliExpress to request a return. Provide a clear reason for the return and include photos as evidence.
â‘¡Our team will review your reason and the supporting photos to determine whether the return is eligible.
â‘¢Once your return request is approved, please ship the dress back to us in its original condition. You will need to provide the return tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.
④After we receive the returned dress, we will process your refund within 5–20 business days.
Return Conditions
â‘ We do not accept free local return, as we are unable to receive the dress back.
â‘¡Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the dress.
â‘¢All our dresses are made-to-order, including standard sizes. Therefore, we strongly recommend carefully comparing your measurements with our size chart before placing an order to select the most suitable size. (If you believe the received dress significantly deviates from the size chart, please provide photos for reference. Please note that variations of 1-3 cm may occur due to material elasticity and manual measurement, and such minor differences are not considered sizing issues.)
â‘£Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
⑤We cannot accept returns that are sent back without contacting us first.
â‘¥This situation of "buy-many-keep-one" will be definitely refused.
⑦We do not accept returns due to reasons attributable to the customer. (such as customs clearance delays, incomplete contact information, recipient unavailability, or incorrect address details)

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
The item must be in its original packaging.
