Q1.Can the factory support mass production? Can I buy a customized sample first?
A:Dear customer, our factory can fully support mass production. According to your needs, we can mass produce 200+ small excavators per month to ensure on-time delivery. At the same time, we also welcome small batch customization and sample orders. Whether it is one or more units, we can provide you with customized services so that you can better evaluate the product quality and performance before placing a large order.
Q2. Are you manufacturer or trader?
A:We are a manufacturer of garden machinery and construction machinery. Actually, we
produce most of the parts in our own factory for better cost andquality control.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% when machine ready.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery
time dependson the items and the quantity of your order. Sometimes we have some in stock.
Q5. Are you interested in dealership with local company?
A: Yes, we are quite interested in this business. We'd like to cooperate with some local
partner to sell more machines inlocal market and supply better service.
Q6. What is your warranty policy?
A: We can supply one year warranty or 2000h for our machines. We will provide parts as free
within warranty. We can send engineerto customer place if big quality problem. We can
