Add:Buyer's Problems and How to Solve Them
1) Unable to connect or failed to connect
1. Must be 2.4G WIFI
2. The connected device needs to be turned on, turn on the switch button
3. If the doorbell still fails to connect by scanning the QR code, we can fix the doorbell and then move the phone to scan the QR code to connect.

2)Blue Screen or Screen Not Lit Up
1. Check whether the doorbell cable on the back is in poor contact
2. If it still does not light up, you can press the button under the screen for about 5 seconds to reset and then add the device again.

3)Reasons for Fast Power Consumption
1. It takes at least 8-10 hours to charge.
2. You need to use a 5V1A charger, do not use fast charger.
3. If you have an SD card inserted, you need to remove it before testing
4.Confirm whether humanoid detection is turned on to avoid false alarms.

4)PIR Function Does Not Wake Up
1. Check whether the SD card is inserted and whether the SD card is recognized. If the capacity is reduced, it means it is recognized.
2. Check whether the push is received. Receiving the push proves that the PIR is triggered.
3. PIR triggers can be viewed in Playback, and real-time photo records can be viewed in Gallery.
