  We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. The good new is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy as below for details.
1.If orders be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2.if orders be cancelled in 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

1. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures).
2. Please allow 1-3 cm differences due to manual measurement.
3. Color Notice: please note that slight color difference should be acceptable due to the light and screen.

Return Process:
1. Submit a return request with the reason"no longer needed" to seller within 15 days of your order shipment. You should send the explanation and photographs document of the reason for return.
2. Once our sellers have approved your request, then your return will be processed in 3-5 business days.
