Equipped with sensors, it senses the underwater environment in real time and avoids obstacles autonomously. Combined with navigation and positioning technology, it realizes precise path planning and job positioning. Equipped with an automated control system, the dredging intensity and scope are adjusted according to preset parameters or real-time data, reducing manual intervention.
Application: Industrial Scenarios, Dredging of mine sedimentation tanks, cleaning of blocked culverts, internal wall cleaning of oil tanks, and dredging of industrial pipelines; Municipal Scenarios, Addressing pipeline blockages during urban waterlogging, and cleaning debris in waterlogged areas (to avoid impacts on traffic and drainage); Special Operations, Acting as a mixing machine equipped with high-pressure water pipes to perform remote-controlled walking operations for sediment flushing, enhancing the thoroughness of dredging.
The hydraulic dredging robot consists of four core components: hydraulic power station, underwater tracked robot, wireless remote control system, and oil pipe reel conveying system. Hydraulic Power Station: Driven by a motor, the hydraulic oil pump generates hydraulic flow pressure, which serves as the power source for the robot’s movement, sludge suction and discharge, and mechanical actions (e.g., bucket and auger operation). Underwater Tracked Robot: It achieves anti-slip movement via rubber tracks (suitable for muddy or sloped surfaces). Equipped with built-in hydraulic proportional valves, it precisely controls the robot’s movement, auger rotation (to crush sludge), bucket lifting (to grab debris), and the start/stop of the slurry pump (to suck and discharge sludge). Wireless Remote Control System: Operators control the robot remotely via a remote controller (paired with a display), with a signal coverage distance of ≥200m, eliminating the need for close contact with harsh environments. The wireless remote control device manages the machine through the distribution box and signal terminal on the hydraulic power station; the entire control system is located at the hydraulic power station end, and overall operation is controlled by the remote controller. Oil Pipe Reel Conveying System: Responsible for the transportation of hydraulic oil and sludge pipelines, ensuring the robot’s continuous operation.
