Question 1: Can I use this T1 mic to others car?
Answer: No, Our Mic only support teSla car all models,  Other cars not supprt and pls don't buy.

Question 2: My glovebox USB-A port is occupied. Can I use the USB-C port in the center console instead?
Answer: Normally we recommend Glovebox USB-A port, But Yes, as long as it is a USB-DATA port. you can try the center console USB-C port.

Question 3: I noticed there is a slight sound delay with my microphone. What should I do?
Answer: Normally, most cars do not have this delay issue. However, in some versions, the newly added Sync-Light may cause a slight delay. Simply turning off the Sync-Light in your car will resolve this problem effectively! As per teSla’s official audio solution for LvDonic systems, both the black microphones and LvDonic white microphones may encounter this issue. Just turn off the Sync-Light and try again! If the delay still exist, Please Remove USB hubs or update the mic’s firmware via the MICASSITANT app (available on Google Play).  or report to us to slove.

Question 4: How do I adjust the sound, music volume, mic volume, and reverb effects?
Answer: First, set the master volume (Master Volume= Music volume via the MIC ICON) to a higher level in your car. For the convenience of handheld operation, adjust the mic volume and sound reverb effects only using the buttons on the microphone.The MIC ICON slider does not control these functions—we have simplified the operation to only use the mic buttons for ease of use!Within the Music/Karaoke app, you can separately adjust the music volume to be lower or higher.

Question 5: Is it possible to charge the microphone after its battery runs out?
Answer: Absolutely. The microphone has a built-in lithium battery and a USB-C charging port. A USB-C charging cable is included with the product.

Question 6: Do I need to pair the microphone with the USB receiver?
Answer: No, there is no need to pair the microphone with the receiver, as they come pre-paired. Simply turn on the MIC and start singing.However, if you encounter issues such as no sound from the microphone, you can try re-pairing them.

Method for Pairing Single Microphone


Step 1

With the receiver plugged in and the microphone is off state, long press the "Voice Key" and "Power Key" simultaneously for more than 8 seconds, the microphone indicator light flashes, into the pairing state (microphone close to the receiver within half a mete, there should be no obstructions between them)


Step 2

Re-plug the receiver and wait for the receiver indicator light blinks fast


Step 3

When the receiver light is flashing, press the "Power Key" and "Voice Key" at the same time to exit the pairing mode. At this time, the microphone indicator light stays on, and the receiver indicator light stays on to indicate that the pairing is complete.



Method for Pairing Dual Microphones


Step 1

With the receiver plugged in and the microphone is off state, long press the "Volume+Key" and "Power Key" simultaneously of one microphone for more than 8 seconds, the mice indicator light flashes, into the pairing state


Step 2

The other microphone in the off state, at the same time long press "Volume- Key" and "Power Key" simultaneously for more than 8 seconds, the mic indicator light flashes, into the pairing mode (microphone close to the receiver within half a met, there should be no obstructions between them)


Step 3

Re-plug the receiver and wait for the receiver indicator light blinks fast


Step 4

Press the microphone in Step 1, and press the "Voice Key" and "Power Key" at the same time to exit the pairing mode; The same method as above for the microphone in Step 2


Step 5

If both microphones and receiver indicators are stay on, the pairing is complete and you can use it normally.
