A: When the APP interface prompts "water shortage alarm" , please check whether there is enough water in the water storage device, add enough water, and then turn on watering again, the alarm will be lifted automatically.

A: Please check whether there is any visible foreign matter or scale accumulation at the water outlet of the equipment. if you find any blockage, please wipe it gently along the direction of water outlet; after cleaning up, carry out watering function through APP and observe whether the water flow is restored.
3. what is the reason that the water dripping is too slow or no water comes out when the device is working?
A: Reason 1: Check whether the drip head is clogged try to flush with water or unclog it with a fine needle.

A: The hose can be cut to suit the location of potted plants, but the maximum recommended length of drip irrigation is 15 meters, and no more than 10 connected sprinkler heads, too long may lead to insufficient water pressure to affect the watering efficiency.
5. How to install the drip irrigation head correctly?Does it need to be aimed at plant roots?
A: it is recommended to insert the drip head into the soil of potted plants about 5-10cm away from the plant roots to avoid direct contact with the roots leading to water accumulation. Make sure the drip irrigation head is tightly connected to the water pipe when installing.
