How to use:
1.Plug the handheld part into the console and connect the power cord to the power outlet.
2.Plug in AC power

Please note:
1.This model is prohibited from air welding, (that is, no-load operation is not allowed), otherwise it will cause damage to the ultrasonic transducer
2.Do not destroy the shape of the welding head or make any changes, which can easily cause ultrasonic frequency distortion
3.Violent clamp welding is prohibited. Overload caused by violent clamp welding will damage the transducer and the host
4.The failure caused by improper use of customers is only responsible for cost price maintenance, not responsible for free warranty.
5.When the machine is used continuously, the hand part obviously feels the temperature rise and a little hot, please stop using immediately, and then use it after rest and cooling. Half an hour continuous use of the handle temperature rise and hot hands, please stop use immediately, rest and cool for 10 minutes before use, otherwise it is easy to burn the transducer.
Attention:
A host has been equipped with a handle before the factory, it is strictly prohibited to mix the clamp without matching our company with the host, otherwise it is easy to shorten the service life of the whole machine, and serious will burn the clamp or the host.
This batch of hosts has been equipped with a clip, please mix with other brands of machines.
Troubleshooting:
1.When you press the handle, the host indicator is off ---- Check whether the cable connections are loose, disconnected, or broken
2.When the handle is pressed, the host light is on but immediately off. Check whether the cable at the crystal connector of the cable is broken or loosened.
3.When the handle is pressed, the light is on, but there is no wave. ---- is generally the internal transducer cable falls off, and users with the ability to disassemble and re-weld by themselves.
Note: It is generally a connection line problem, ordinary telephone lines can also replace the connection line.
