Q. How to get touch function?
1. When the devices you connect with the monitor own a Type-C 3.1 port, you can get the touch function just using a C-C cable to connect.
2. When you connect the device with the monitor through mini HDMI port, please use the A-C cable to plug in the Type-C port on the monitor for the touch function. And don’t forget to plug in power adapter.
3. When connect to phones without Type-C 3.1 port or iphone, you would need an ios/android to HDMI adapter and a mini HDMI to HDMI adapter to connect to the monitor for signal transmission. And please check what the port is on your devices and note that there will be NO TOUCH function in this case. Please make sure you don’t mind before you place an order.
4. We recommend you to plug in the original power adapter to get sufficient power for the monitor and work smoothly. Or it would have some issues such as flickering, on-and-off and so on.
Q: Does it support vertical screen?
A:
If you use the computer connect to the monitor ,you can find it in your computer Settings ---Display ---Display orientation---choose horizontal or vertical orientation, then your monitor will change with the computer .
Q: Touchscreen isn't responsive or not working.
A: 1.For mobile phones
①.Touchscreen is not working when connecting to a mobile phone supporting USB3.1.Please contact us to upgrade the display program.
②.Touchscreen isn't responsive or not working if the phone doesn't support USB3.1.Please check the phone model to ensure if it supports USB3.1.
2.For game devices (Nintendo, XBOX, PS4, etc.), the touch-function is unresponsive.
3.For Computer/Micro-host.Please check the connection.Please use the genuine cableprovided. Incorrect connection may arouse touch-function unresponsive in most cases.
4.If the connection is correct and the touch-function is still unresponsive.Please tryanother computer.If it failed, please contact us for the replacement of the touch cable.
Q:The adjusted brightness cannot be saved by connecting the brightness after power outage?
1. Failure to press the confirm button after adjusting the menu;
