Q: Use a C-C cable to connect the monitor to the device, the monitor willflicker

A:This is caused by insufficient power supply.The display needs a larger current becausethe monitor is 4K.Please use the C-C cable connect the PD port on the monitor to thepower head and plug it into a power outlet, make sure the monitor get enough powersupply to work correctly.

Q:Why does the monitor only display 1080P resolution when the 4K resolution is displayed? Or check the resolution in the menu to see if it is 3840*216030Hz?

A:1. The conditions for achieving 4K resolution are as follows:
1.1
First, the device supports 4K, and the graphics card needs to support 4K when connected with a computer;

Second, the signal transmission line such as HDMI line (2.0) and TYPE-C line is 3.1 and supports 4K;

Third, the monitor itself is 4K;

Q: why does my monitor turn off when l turn up the brightness?
