Packing & Delivery
Package description
To better ensure the safety of your goods, professional, environmentally friendly, convenient and efficient packaging services will be provided. In standard packaging, your product will be fully wrapped and protected by polyfoam board and protective cases. If you wish to strengthen the packaging, we can add a wooden frame and thicker packaging for you (will place an additional cost).
 
About delivery
In general, our quotation is based on FOB, if you would like to use other delivery model, please let us know.

1.Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are manufacturers.
2.Are your products original?
Yes, our products all have private molds, and we also have the ability to design products.
3.Can you deliver the product to my home for me?
Our factory does not have its own delivery department, if you do not have your own freight forwarding, we can find a freight forwarding for you to check the price.
4.What are the dimensions of the reinforced packaging?
As mentioned above, strengthening the packaging is to increase the wooden frame on the basis of the basic packaging, so that the product is more fixed, enhance the impact resistance, and add 2-3 layers of carton packaging outside to achieve better protection.
5.Can I get some spare parts for repair?
If your purchase quantity reaches the ordered quantity of 40' container, we can provide you with 1% spare parts free of charge.
6.What are the payment terms?
50% deposit +50% balance (before shipment). If you purchase 1 40' container or more, then the payment can be 50% deposit +50% balance (before the container is loaded on the ship).
7.Is it possible to utilize the payment method of a 30% deposit followed by a 70% balance?
For loyal clientele, we are able to offer enhanced convenience. However, establishing trust in the realm of business requires a significant amount of time.
8.Do you support the purchase of multiple styles?
Certainly, you are welcome to make purchases at your discretion in the store. We recommend doing so in order to optimize cost savings for both parties.
9.What is the duration of your production time?
If your order quantity is less than 15 units and all materials are available in our warehouse, production will take approximately 20-40 natural days from the date of payment. (Usually completed sooner)
If you order the minimum container quantity, production will be completed within 75-90 natural days.
 
For orders reaching the loading quantity of 1 40' container, delivery will be made within 120 natural days.
 
For large orders, please estimate the timeline based on specific quantities. We will expedite production and arrange delivery as soon as possible.
 
10.What are your quality standards?
Our defective rate will not exceed 1%; you are welcome to conduct a thorough inspection of the goods and products.
