Select based on your needs: Choose X574 for real-time screen viewing. Options are labeled “no Screen” or “With Screen.” Confirm your desired configuration before purchasing.

2.Doorbell receiving distance : In general environment, the video signal is effective within 10 meters. If there is a solid wall blocking the video signal, the video signal will be delayed and the distance will be reduced. After you get the product, you can first test the most suitable position of the Pinghe doorbell before installing it.
3.Standby time :①Display: Built-in 1000 mAh battery, mainly used for memorizing and saving time. For long-term use, the display is recommended to be powered.
②Doorbell: built-in 800 mAh battery, low power consumption standby system, fully charged standby time of 3-4 months
4.Doorbell: Intercom signal interference,The doorbell intercom is transmitted wirelessly, not through shielded wires, so it will be interfered by electromagnetic signals. The closer the doorbell and display host are, the greater the interference will be. On the contrary, as the distance increases, the interference will be less.
5. Before installation, first test whether the connection signal between the doorbell and the host at the installation location is good. Choose a location with good signal for installation.
