Q1: Does the product include batteries？What is the batteries number?
A1: Products shipped from overseas warehouses in Russia will include batteries. If shipped from China, batteries will be removed .The battery model is LR44, which can be purchased from local stores
Q2: when will this devices need to be recalibrated ?
A2: The product shall be corrected before leaving the factory. If the error is found to be large, it shall be corrected. For example, the ph of the measured tap water is generally between 7-8, which means no correction is needed
Q3: What if the quality problem is found?
A3: Please contact the customer in the first time, and explain the problem. If the quality problem is found within one week after receiving the product, we will provide free return and replacement of the product
