ZWO is a world-renowned company focusing on the development of innovative products in the field of astrophotography.
In September 2012, the famous planetary camera, the ASI120 was born. It became the first planetary CMOS camera which could outperform a CCD sensor and rightly earned itself the Sky & Telescope Magazine’s Hot Product of 2012 award.
In June 2014 following the success of the ASI120 camera, ZWO released the world’s first USB3.0 astro camera, the ASI120MM/MC-S. This was the first time USB3.0 technology appeared in the field of astro imaging. You can image how exciting it was to be imaging at 60 fps at 1280*960 resolution, remembering how fast we thought 10fps was in the old webcam imaging days.
ZWO continued to develop improved planetary CMOS cameras and in February 2015 released the ASI174 .It has the largest planetary and solar/lunar imaging sensor and can capture frames at an incredible 164 fps at full resolution.
In July 2015 ZWO introduced 4 new cameras built using the latest Sony sensors, the ASI224, ASI185, ASI290 and ASI178. The extremely low read noise of these cameras make them all very suitable for planetary imaging and DSO lucky imaging. The ASI224 received The Sky & Telescope Magazine’s Hot Products for 2016 award and become the most popular planetary imaging camera in astro imaging history.
May 2016 marked another major milestone for ZWO and arguably the biggest to date, with the release of the ubiquitous ASI1600 series of cameras.
In November 2016 ZWO reached a new milestone with the release of its first APS-C format CMOS cooled camera, the ASI071. September 2017 saw the release of a new range of dedicated guiding cameras, the ASI120 Mini, ASI290 Mini, and ASI174 Mini. T In October 2017, ZWO released the ASI294, the first CMOS cooled camera with a 4/3" BSI format sensor.
December 2017 saw Christmas arrive early for some astro imagers, with the release of the 20 Megapixel ASI183 camera.
In April 2018 and ZWO continues its history of creating disruptors in the astro imaging market with the release of its revolutionary ASIAIR shown for the first time at NEAF.
ZWO will continue to innovate and release new and exciting products to market.

Delivery Policy – BILLIONS BIRDS
At BILLIONS BIRDS, we are dedicated to delivering your orders safely and efficiently.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available) so you can monitor your package.
5. Delivery Issues

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Refund Policy – BILLIONS BIRDS
At BILLIONS BIRDS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
