A:1. We are honored to offer you samples, usually we will arrange them in 3~7 working days, finished product sample is acceptable. 2. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 10-14 working days is enough.
Q5:Could we get some samples?Any charges?
A:Yes,we can send you 1-2pcs samples we did for other customers before, you just need pay for the freight.If you need us print your logo on the sample bag,please feel free to contact us to get the samples fee.
Q6:Can we have our logo or company information on your products or package?
A:Sure. Your Logo can be printed on the products by Printing, Silk Screen,UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker....
Q7:What fomat design file you need?
A: AI,PDF,CDR,PSD,EPS,any vector file is good.
Q8:How do you ship the goods?
A: By Express Couriers, such UPS, Fedex, DHL, Aramex, CDEK, TNT...TXT By Sea... By railway, door to door.
Q9:What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q10:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: "Quality is priority."We have professional quality control personnels and we always inspect the goods before the shipment.
Please note: for customized items, since it cannot be resold, so once the mold opened, it cannot be changed, and we cannot accept the cancellation during the production.
For customized items, if buyer received goods and do not like them ( everything is correct as requested, just do not want ), we cannot accept any replacement or refund.
